Overwhelmed Founder OS — questions

What is Overwhelmed Founder OS?

A complete stack for low-capacity days: mini app, PDF, prompts, and Notion.

Which format should I start with?

Quiet Command Room first if you need help now. Then use short PDF or full stack if needed.

How is this different from a planner?

Planners assume full capacity. This OS does not. Reassurance first, one optional action, then stop.
