## Best option (recommended)

1. Open the delivery page and click **Duplicate to Notion**.
2. Choose your workspace.
3. Open **Start Here** — the finished workspace appears with the Performance Pressure Vault, views, and navigation already built.

## Fallback: import this ZIP

In Notion: **Settings → Import → choose this ZIP.**
Notion converts the Markdown files into pages and the CSV in `databases/` into the **Performance Pressure Vault** database in one step.

The live template is the complete workspace. The ZIP preserves the core content and basic database structure — a few native touches (buttons, toggles, page icons, cover) may need manual recreation after import.

## After setup (optional)

- Delete the sample row in **Performance Pressure Vault**.
- Read **Privacy + Performance Information** before storing anything sensitive.
