# AI Clarity Desk — setup guide *AI Clarity OS · by Whelmish · Notion edition via Whelmish* --- ## The short version 1. Click **Duplicate to Notion** on your delivery page. 2. Choose the Notion workspace you want it in. 3. Open **Start Here** — or **Nothing Required** if even that is a lot. That is the whole setup. Everything is already built: pages, navigation, databases, and prompts. ## What you will find inside - **Home** — the front door. Six choices by capacity, not ten tools at once. - **Start Here** — safety first; nothing on it requires action. - **Nothing Required** — Zero Demand. No sorting, no prompting, no decision. You can just close it. - **Clarity Router** — three broad doors if choosing feels possible. - **Full Tool Library** — all ten systems, when you already know what you need. - **One-Page Clarity Briefs**, **Output Archive**, **Close Notes** — real databases that hold things without making them tasks. - **Privacy + Your Workspace** — what to keep, what not to paste, and how your data works. - **Human Support** — for when a person is the right tool. - **Welcome Back** — for returning after a while. Nothing to catch up. ## Optional touches - Change the cover or icon on any page — it is your copy. - Delete the sample entries in the databases — they are placeholders. - Use the **Capacity right now** field — or never touch it. Nothing depends on it. ## If the Duplicate link does not work Use the fallback import ZIP from the same delivery page: 1. Download and unzip `whelmish-ai-clarity-desk-notion-import.zip`. 2. In Notion: **Settings → Import** (or drag the files into Notion) and import the Markdown files. 3. Import the CSVs inside `databases/` as databases. 4. Set **Home** as your first page. The fallback keeps every page and prompt. Internal links become real Notion links once the pages exist in your workspace — link them by name if Notion does not wire them automatically. ## Deleting things Everything in your copy is yours. Edit or delete any page, entry, or field at any time. Whelmish does not see the contents of your duplicated workspace. --- *Built around Capacity-Safe design principles — capacity-aware, non-therapeutic, exit-friendly.*
